About the Role

Have experience with multiple social media platforms and bring unique point of view for each (specifically Instagram and Twitter) • Ensure programs and content map to Twitch's brand strategy and reflect brand tone and voice • Work in partnership with numerous teams to understand their needs and work with social team to develop compellingcreative and approaches that support campaigns • Report performance metrics that help guide company partners and improve performance • Advise and improve on team's infrastructure (processes, technology) to support the daily activities, and build a solid foundation for future work • Aid in the management of external agencies • Report into Global Head of Social Media

You can work in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, San Diego, or Houston.

You Will:

• Brainstorm, source, and produce new social campaigns
• Add to developing social media playbook for content and analytics working in tandem with global peers to agree on best practices
• Work cross-functionally , balancing the needs of partners including marketing, content and BD, breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas
• Lead strategy on high-priority team processes and campaigns

You Have:

• 7+ years of professional work experience running social campaigns, managing & engaging with online communities
• Experience working with in-house and agency creative production teams and a strong understanding of balancing the art and science of digital marketing and communications
• Knowledge of news and current events and are deeply invested in pop- and music/sports- culture

The base pay range for this position in Colorado, Connecticut and Washington is $125,100 - $152,900 yr and in New York City is $137,610 - $168,190 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
