About the Role

Twitch is looking for a Senior Manager - Revenue Operations with a collaborative mindset and a passion for process improvement. You will work with Fintech, Payments team, Product Managers and Finance to enhance the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management ("BRIM") system for the Business to Consumer ("B2C") Commerce revenue operations. The Sr. Manager will (1) manager the order-to-cash cycle for Commerce, (2) partner with Fintech to enhance SAP to automate accounting journal entries and build creative reports for abnormalities detection, and (3) manage the New Product Introduction process. Ideally , you have experience in business-to-consumer revenue operations and payment processors (i.e. PayPal, iTunes, Google Play, Vantiv) AR reconciliations.

You Will:

• Participate in the design and test phases of the SAP implementation project
• Implement SOX controls related to the B2C revenue cycle
• Partner with Fintech and Engineering on requirements and controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of upstream data flow into SAP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments on new product introductions and implementation of the new product in SAP
• Partner with Payments team and Amazon to find ways to reduce costs regarding chargebacks recovery, payment processor costs, and foreign exchange fees
• Manage revenue month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, flux analysis, and revenue operations metric reports
• Improve operational efficiencies and scale through process improvements and staff development.
• Maintain goal measurements and track the eCommerce revenue performance

You Have:

• Oversee e-commerce revenue operations across several workflows, systems and teams
• Expertise in collecting and analyzing quantitative data and creating meaningful analyses to lead improvement and cost reductions
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the B2C tech industry
• Experience in the application of ASC 606, Revenue Recognition Standard
• Ability to work independently without extensive oversight or direction
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions
