Senior Manager, Product Management, Platform Systems

As a Senior Manager, Product Management on the Platform Systems team, you will define what platform capabilities we should support and ensure that our Creators can successfully ship their content on all supported platforms. You will lead a team of PMs that will work with our Creator community to validate their needs are being met. In this role, you'll partner closely with Development, Technical Program Management, and Design leaders to balance the strategy across the 3 axes of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. What you’ll be doing

• Establish a clear Vision and Strategy for our platform abstraction for the 3-5 year horizon
• Collaborate across roles and organizations to ensure all plans holistically fulfill the most needed user outcomes.
• Lead a small team of Product Managers, and establish good practices and techniques for PM's in the team.
• Engage with high profile customers and partners to collaborate on product validation

What we’re looking for

• Product Management experience sufficient to mentor IC PMs through crucial techniques of Product Management.
• Experience developing with Unity across platforms, or working on a platform, such that you can engage in discussions about the biggest challenges facing creators
• People management capabilities of at least small teams.
• Technical background sufficient to learn and engage in analysis of possible technical solutions to cross platform delivery.

• Experience navigating major technology shifts or transitions
• Strong capabilities in collaboration and driving alignment across teams who may have differing goals and priorities.
