Job summary
Are you ready to redefine how game creators merchandise their digital game content? Amazon Games is seeking a Product Leader for our Retail Game Growth team. In this role, you will craft and execute the product strategy connecting millions of customers on Amazon to the world’s biggest games. You will develop and scale a team of product managers to deliver exceptional results to game creators and delightful experiences to shoppers.

The ideal candidate for this role brings extensive experience leading and growing digital two-sided content marketplaces. You also have demonstrable experience hiring and developing exceptional product managers. In this role you will need to skillfully balance your team between exploring big ideas that deliver outsized results while continuously delivering incremental impact for your customers. To succeed you will need to build collaborative relationships with your awesome peers and deeply understand the needs of internal and external customers. You will work with some of the best from the games industry across Amazon Games, Prime Gaming, and third-party developers.

Our team is building new retail services for game creators to merchandise their entire catalog of games and in-game content, while offering shoppers a streamlined purchase experience. Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 3+ years leading product management teams, with demonstrable success growing your teams.
· 10+ years experience in product management or related disciplines (ex: Growth).

Preferred Qualifications

· Demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold product strategy.
· Demonstrated success delivering cross-team initiatives to positive product outcomes.
· Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative customer and developer-facing features.
· Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value.
· Experience shipping successful software products at scale.
· Demonstrated success developing and executing a product strategy.
· Demonstrable experience growing an outcomes-driven product management team.
