Location: London.This role is offered on a hybrid-working basis, meaning there will be a split of being based at our UK office in Soho, London and also work from home. Remote opportunities can be considered within Great Britain.

We are based in the cultural heart of London’s West End. With a vast array of classic record shop and leading film companies, media offices and phenomenal restaurants. Regent’s Park is close enough for a lunchtime run, as are the delights of Piccadilly Circus and the shopping mecca of Oxford Street. It is conveniently just walking distance from a number of London tube stations and mainline train stations. Our office has free snacks and drinks and an on-site gym.

Your Mission

The HR Organizational Effectiveness team is a Center of Excellence supporting Activision Blizzard globally. We lead and deliver strategic HR initiatives within the Global HR Function and in support of our business units. We work to reduce complexity across operating units, deliver new business capabilities and fundamentally improve employee experience. Current initiatives include acquisition integrations, organization redesign and process improvement.

As a subject matter authority in Organization Development, Effectiveness and Change Strategy and Management, you will have a direct impact on Activision Blizzard’s employee experience and engagement, as well as our business units efficiencies at delivering epic entertainment.

Taking on key business challenges, helping set up new organizational units and optimize existing ones. You will also lead change management activity across all projects, either directly involved in delivery or advising on smaller initiatives.
