Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment industry, is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to build and lead a team focused on Brand, Media, Digital and Web analytics.
You will be a high-performing individual with an analytical mind and strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are a self-starter who can manage your time effectively and educate yourself and others while contributing to marketing investments performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with marketing leaders across Brand, Media, and owned Digital channels to create a comprehensive measurement framework for key franchises
- Collaborate with business intelligence team to maintain a marketing data warehouse by providing clear requirements and timely data validations.
- Develop robust analytic processes to frame campaign expectations, inform decision-making, and recommend marketing strategies
- Implement solutions to measure and optimize the impact of marketing activities on sales and user engagement
- Manage a team of media and brand analysts supporting specific brands (games) and media channels (e.g. web) – lead ongoing projects, ad hoc analysis, and insight generation
- Synthesize data from various sources to deliver actionable insights and codify learnings as best practices
- Work closely with marketing teams and agencies to define key performance metrics, create and maintain reports and identify trends and opportunities across media, social and web activities
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering), Master’s preferred; MBA a plus
- Minimum 7 years of professional related experience, including management responsibilities
- Strong quantitative skills, and experience utilizing scientific analytic methods, qualitative methods, and quantitative analysis techniques, as well as predictive modeling
- Demonstrated success presenting complex qualitative and quantitative research data in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- In depth knowledge of SQL, Tableau and Excel. Experience in programming and with R or comparable statistical modeling tool is a plus
- Experience creating and maintaining a data warehouse is a plus
- Experience with ad serving platforms (e.g. Double Click) and CRM solutions is a plus
