Job Description:

The Diablo 4 team seeks a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development professional to support our Learning and Development team. As part of the L&D team, you will work with the Director, Organizational Development, Blizzard Academy, HR, and leadership in implementing its current L&D programming. Implementation will include facilitating workshops, training, documentation, promoting, and developing future programming impacting leadership and employee behaviors and capabilities.

What you will do

• Learn then assist in facilitating the current series of leadership development programming.
• Work with Director of Organizational Development in developing additional training material
• Assist in communication and promotion of learning resources and opportunities
• Assist and create content for the internal L&D intranet page.
• Champion and support DE&I initiatives

What success looks like

• The Diablo Franchise learning and development targets are being met
• Increase in learning and development engagement and participation
• DE&I seeing progress
