The Senior Manager, Leadership Development reporting to the Director, Talent Management and Learning, will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of Leadership programs for Riot. You will provide substantial opportunity for both vision and execution as we further develop the talent management and succession planning functions for our company. You will partner with leaders and HRBP's to provide outstanding, comprehensive leadership development education. In partnership with the entire talent management team you will help set the overarching strategy for all development programs across the organization.
