Senior Manager, Leadership Development

The Senior Manager, Leadership Development reporting to the Director, Talent Management and Learning, will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of Leadership programs for Riot. You will provide substantial opportunity for both vision and execution as we further develop the talent management and succession planning functions for our company. You will partner with leaders and HRBP's to provide outstanding, comprehensive leadership development education. In partnership with the entire talent management team you will help set the overarching strategy for all development programs across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessment, design and globally implement training programs aligned with client needs and company Leadership profile priorities
• Provide oversight and leadership over the organizations coaching strategy and implementation
• Develop and recommend approach for optimal mix of learning delivery methodologies including classroom, live-and-online, self-paced e-learning and blended methodologies specific to Leadership development
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders across Riot to execute Leader Development in a heavily matrixed global company that includes a number of dual reporting relationships
• Develop competency and capability models for Leadership across Riot
• Effectively lead a team of professionals, ensuring they are technically strong, possess a high level of business insight, and consistently deliver high-quality results in areas such as performance management and succession planning
• Provide thought leadership and program development support for all of Riot’s Global Management Practice (people manager focused curriculum)
• Oversee the development and support of the leadership pipeline

Required Qualifications:

• At least ten years learning and development experience in a gaming, entertainment or technology environment
• At least five years hands on leadership experience that includes leading teams through complex situations
• Experience creating and delivering the effectiveness of organizational development and learning programs
• BA or BS degree required, advanced degree

Desired Qualifications:

• Apply professional experience and learning theory in practical manner, including concepts into, culturally-appropriate learning programs
• Experienced, compelling facilitator with a style to engage audiences of all levels
• Knowledge of contemporary Leadership practices
• Handle change in a with frequently changing priorities
