SUMMARY OF POSITION
Our marketing team is looking for a data and knowledge-hungry Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing, who will help us acquire, engage and retain users for an unannounced project. You will be focusing on building and optimizing the customer marketing lifecycle, while managing UA profitability and analytics. The candidate must have a passion for mobile games and be interested in performance lifecycle marketing.
Our headquarters is in Mountain View, CA but we can accommodate a remote work environment for a candidate from the following states: CA, OR, WA, and NV.
Currently, all Pixelberry staff are working remotely. Hybrid work model (1 day/week in-office) will be in place once we resume on-site operations, currently scheduled for January 2022.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a long term vision to deliver the product growth plan.
- Work with and influence partners across the organization to drive funnel optimization, monetization, and retention.
- Work closely with the data science team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the marketing conversion funnel.
- Continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.
- Own the strategy and execution of global growth marketing campaigns that drive adoption and engagement, across the marketing lifecycle.
- Yearly product budget ownership.
- Requesting analysis and providing high level reporting.
- Identifies benchmarks for product portfolio growth and if needed, is able to establish new metrics based on project needs.
- Team hiring, training and mentoring.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6 years of experience working in a metrics-driven Marketing role.
- Experience with performance media buying, ASO and CRM tools.
- Experience with AB testing, from concept, to execution and analysis.
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Highly detail-oriented, being able to identify data discrepancies and troubleshoot them.
- Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with other cross-functional and 3rd party stakeholders.
- Experience in (and love for) casual and/or female-focused mobile games.
