Senior Manager, Global Security

As part of the Take-Two community, you will be counted on as a Senior Manager, Global Security to support our global security management and operations in the following security programs: Physical Security, Investigations, Security Intelligence, Travel Security, Event Security.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and training for all corporate security areas to include Fire and Life Safety, Physical Security, Business Continuity and Corporate Crisis Management, Travel and Events, Intel, Investigations and Operations
• Contribute to the development of comprehensive threat, vulnerability or risk assessments for indicated locations as well as security surveys for domestic and international operations. Work to develop and implement corrective surety actions for all facilities
• Drive existing contracts in the development and implementation of emergency preparedness training programs to include Fire and Life Safety, CPR and AED, Active Shooter and employee security hygiene, to include provisioning of relevant materials (plans, templates, guides), training, and vendor management
• Provide direct support for internal and external cyber and physical investigations including threats, fraud, loss prevention, supply chain, and workplace violations as needed
• Participate in situational awareness/ incident response activities, including gathering information from a variety of internal and external sources, normalizing and correlating the information, providing real time detection and response services for incidents that impact employees, assets or areas of operation
• Drive program development of the mass communication process and tool
• Support standard operating procedures, plans, trainings and protocols for crisis management and business continuity. Monitor and direct emergency response plans and related activities as required
• Assist with development of the Global Travel Security Program
• Monitor and administer travel security operations in accordance to procedures, including tracking, assisting and advising international travelers on security issues across the region, and as needed
• Monitor and support site and regional crisis management conference calls, gathering and providing intelligence and information (weather, travel, security, etc.) as required
• Evaluate the risks and opportunities that current and emergent technologies have on security projects (i.e., GIS, Cloud solutions, social media, crisis communications systems, etc.)

Skills:

• 7-10 years’ experience with a multinational corporation or law enforcement experience
• Physical security experience in the areas of threat and vulnerability assessment, systems design, programs design, integration and technology management
• Technical knowledge and practical experience in all corporate security areas: physical security, crisis management, infrastructure, incident management detection and response, crisis planning, mitigation and resiliency
• Understanding of crisis operations and crisis communications
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, bidding, and vendor terminations
• Strong knowledge of program design, industry best practices and emergent technology trends to support investigations, business continuity, and physical security programs
• Experience in background intelligence gathering or investigations, analysis and reporting, and a strong knowledge and interest in geopolitical issues and security affairs
