Senior Manager - Global Indirect Sourcing

Summary
At Aristocrat, the Indirect Global Strategic Sourcing team is responsible for creating and driving enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories as well as collaboration with multiple Business Units to secure optimal purchasing opportunities for Aristocrat.What you'll do
You are an experienced Senior Indirect Sourcing Manager who is passionate about sourcing the best products/services from the best suppliers with a focus on cost optimisation to keep the control company overall operating expense and best-in-class contract favourability. This position has multi-million dollar financial and enterprise risk mitigation responsibilities.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Continue to build out the indirect sourcing function including, policy and process deployment, driving organizational change and adoption, creating team infrastructure and documentation
- Play a key role in driving more effective contracts that better benefit Aristocrat both in cost and service offerings
- Drive effective and efficient global indirect sourcing projects to lower the operating expense (OpEx) of the company at all levels
- Manage a series of indirect spend projects across a range of differing Indirect Categories, including the Request for Information (RFI) phase, Request for Proposal (RFP), official Request for Quotes (RFQs), and related revisions and negotiations, as well as execution hand-off to indirect purchasing / buyer(s)
- Drive insight and regular reporting cadence on all key indirect spend – aligning with the analytics team lead to ensure understanding key areas of spend, upcoming contracts renewals, necessary RFPs or key procurements

- Experience in Indirect sourcing and contracts within a global organisation
- Deep specialist knowledge within Indirect Categories
- Superior negotiation skills developed through significant corporate sourcing environment experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively persuade others to listen, commit, and act on a new approach
- Exceptional process rigor and integrity with a focus on sustainable procurement (CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility)
- Ability to manage change, ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong influencing skills that can be used to lead teams and build partnerships with internal resources and Aristocrat’s supply base;
