Senior Manager, Finance Business Partnership

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our growing Finance team. Reporting to our Vice President of Finance, you will play a key role on our Finance Business Partner team while partnering across the finance team, the accounting team, and the company. You will also provide financial consultation to leaders across multiple Discord functions, and support all aspects of financial planning, P&L review, and analysis required to optimize resources across the company.

You Will:

• Lead headcount planning and budgeting for your organizations
• Partner with recruiting on headcount capacity planning
• Conduct financial cost/benefit analyses to support capital investment decisions and other strategic initiatives (example: infrastructure optimization, marketing ROI, real estate investment planning)
• Partner with business leaders to produce monthly, annual and multi-year forecasts that drive results in support of our company objectives.
• Support monthly P&L review process that includes explaining variances to plan, providing insight on current and expected trends, and identifying areas of risk and opportunities

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience in finance or related functions
• Public company Finance/FP&A experience
• Systems and EPM management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working exceptionally well cross-functionally and with multiple constituents
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making
• Strong work ethic...with a ton of capacity to have fun!
