The Senior Manager, EMEA & LATAM Product Management – Gaming Operations is responsible for leading and managing Aristocrat’s Class III Premium Slot product portfolio in the EMEA and LATAM regions. The position has direct accountability for the execution of new product initiatives related to the division’s strategic goals.
The ideal candidate for this role, will create and manage the Class III premium product release roadmap for all EMEA & LATAM markets. This position leads new product/market initiatives, including market evaluation, assessing product feasibility and commercial viability, and developing a commercial strategy to capitalize on market opportunities that grow revenue, share, and profits.What You'll Do
Contributes to and executes a clear product vision and strategy that helps drive the Aristocrat’s Class III premium slot product portfolio forward and supports the EMEA and LATAM business goals.
Responsible for overseeing the product roadmap and managing it efficiently to deliver products on time.
Manage strategy executions in alignment with the portfolio P&L.
Contribute to planning and responsible for executing the rollout of the product portfolio with agreed-upon metrics to maximize ROI on all games developed for the EMEA and LATAM regions.Develop and implement best practice methodologies to improve the effectiveness of the EMEA and LATAM premium product teams.
Provide regular updates to regional leadership showing the status and progress of the initiatives.
Work closely with game development to help studios design the best games; provide industry trends, game performance data, customer feedback, and recommendations.
Collaborate with the Sales team to pitch new product ideas to customers.
Proactively identify opportunities and risks to the product based on KPI trends and develop execution plans.
Conducts competitive analysis and studies the performance of slot games in the market.
Drive new projects forward to meet timelines while juggling multiple priorities.
Provides guidance and leadership to other product team members.
Ensure a clear and accurate understanding of compliance and/or regulatory/legal changes.
Ensures themselves and colleagues abide by OHS regulations for their work site.
Participates & engages in all elements of the Aristocrat Due Diligence framework.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of relevant industry experience and successful commercialization of new products.
1+ years of leading a product strategy and execution team
R elevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Passion for creating and executing new and exciting slot products.
Leadership and interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and project-management skills
Ability to travel frequently to various events, and company and customer locations to provide leadership and support, as needed.
