Dept Overview:

The Consumer Engagement team is part of the broader Global Media and Omnichannel Marketing division within PlayStation and is responsible for implementing multi-channel digital programs and campaigns and developing a relevant dialogue with tens of millions of customers across the globe.

Within PlayStation, the Consumer Engagement team champions serving players, boosting gameplay and driving revenue by crafting inspiring digital experiences at scale and speed; creating relevant, accurate and entertaining content; and cultivating one-to-one relationships through seamless, personalised journeys that connect web, email, app, search, and on-console.

Role Overview:

The role itself is focused on developing inspiring digital experiences that attract players to the PlayStation ecosystem; championing a customer journey is logical, coherent and flawless; and making information discoverable and useful, while adopting changes in search behaviour to entice new audiences.

Our ambition is to lead players seamlessly through the funnel by consistently meeting their needs. This role partners closely with diverse internal team members across the organisation, to optimise for improved business outcomes by maintaining a constant cycle of test and learn.

Strengths you'll need will include omnichannel personalisation, content strategy, user journey optimisation, first party data activation, conversion rate optimisation, comprehensive SEO content strategy and local/regional territory alignment.

This role leads a strategic team of owned channel marketing subject matter experts who partner in a consultative manner across the business, to deliver outstanding digital experiences that meet our customer needs. The Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Strategy will partner with other teams within the Consumer Engagement function (including Content, Operations and CRM) as well as the Optimisation & Analytics and Product Management teams.
