Senior Manager, Creative and Product Marketing

Osmo is looking for an experienced marketing professional to create and execute on innovative and creative marketing programs to expand Osmo’s brand and create levers that build awareness, engagement, and virality. This position's responsibilities will span across product marketing, creative marketing, and project management and will play a key role in Osmo’s organic growth.
Responsibilities
- Create, build, and launch creative marketing programs successfully to drive significant impact.
- Develop and communicate full understanding of needs and touchpoints across the Osmo purchase and product lifecycle across schools, teachers and families.
- Build and maintain a roadmap of program creation that clearly prioritizes based on impact. Establish and identify timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Work cross functionally across edu, marketing, design, product, and engineering departments to reach objectives.
- Leverage insights and appropriate market information. Maintain and measure impact of initiatives as a way to understand overall success.
- Support the company campaign calendar. Partner with cross-functional team members in Marketing, Design, or Content to publish and distribute compelling content and narratives to our audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years relevant Marketing and GTM experience with progressive levels of responsibility;
- Experience with creative and viral marketing campaigns. Track record of success.
- Ability to work strategically and also execute, and be excited by both.
- Systematic and organized way of thinking, and ability to communicate ideas and needs to leadership, and cross functionally.
- Exceptional business acumen, and track record of successful prioritization of ideas and resources.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and strong relationship and communication skills
- High energy, confident and capable self-starter; can operate with limited supervision
- Team player; ability to work well with a diverse set of people and drive consensus
