The Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Strategy will support the team’s efforts in analyzing business opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth. The successful candidate is an independent, analytical, and intellectually curious individual who can identify issues, structure analyses, develop solutions, and articulate findings to wide range of business stakeholders, including senior leadership throughout the organization.

The role will require an individual that is comfortable working in ambiguous environments, is partnership-centric (“We only achieve success through others.”) and is a self-starter.

This position is open to remote work in certain states.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Development and M&A –

  • Help develop and monitor pipeline of M&A opportunities
  • Support evaluation and execution of potential merger and acquisition opportunities by conducting due diligence, developing business cases, building detailed financial models (DCF, comps, accretion / dilution)
  • Partner closely with internal leaders and external advisors to help shape and execute our M&A strategy.
  • Support assessment of potential partnership and other corporate development opportunities.

Business Unit Strategy & Support –

  • Actively participate in key corporate and business unit strategi planning process, working across the organization to frame strategy and drive alignment
  • Develop deep relationships with key functional and business leaders and work closely with them on analyzing and evaluating initiatives that could have a material impact on the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of work experience, ideally with background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, and/or strategy at a leading media or technology company
  • Exceptional problem-solving and quantitative skills, including strong financial modelling abilities
  • 7+ years video game experience, with a proven record of creating and executing meaningful partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of media, entertainment, and video game trends
  • Familiarity with video game production or software development a plus
  • Corporate development/M&A experience a big plus
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
