Head of Sales, EMEA Managed Accounts

The opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Sales, EMEA Managed Accounts to lead Unity’s EMEA monetization sales team and help Unity scale our monetization business in EMEA. The role is responsible for a substantial part of Unity’s revenue and all monetization customers in the region.
In this senior team management role, you will drive growth and adoption of Unity's monetization solutions in EMEA, focused on advertising supply. You'll continuously utilize market feedback to expand upon solutions and win market share, all the while enabling and supporting the team on the way to exceeding sales targets and delivering key results.
Core to your success will be partnering and collaborating with the leaders of our global teams: demand, customer success, product, engineering teams, as well as business operations, marketing and Unity Create sales teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, implement and execute a comprehensive supply growth strategy for the EMEA region
- Support the sales team in their work toward overachieving their revenue goals, nurturing and investing into their professional growth
- Work cross-functionally with other business units to deliver revenue solutions for our existing and prospective customers
- Establish long-term executive partnerships with key European customers and prospects
- Be the voice of the market and inform product needs across EMEA, representing Unity at the leadership level across the region
What we’re looking for
- Experience in an advertising sales leadership role and networking with senior partners in adtech or gaming companies in EMEA
- Proven track record hiring and building successful sales teams, carrying and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent project management skills and experience driving sales projects leading to successful outcomes
- Familiarity with ambiguity and uncertainty in decision making, you are adaptable to change
- You are comfortable dealing with highly technical services and interacting with decision-makers in game development studios and publishers
