Senior Manager, Executive Operations

The Executive Operations team is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to support the newly created Executive Operations function within the EA COO organization. Our team is responsible for overseeing the Management Operating System (MOS) of the company working in partnership with senior business leaders to support the delivery and flow of accurate and timely business information to the EA executive leadership group.
You will report to the VP of Executive Operations and will partner within the COO organization and across EA to maximize the effectiveness of the Management Operating System (MOS). You will be instrumental in the build and evolution of new processes for this team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage MOS activities associated with and in support of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, Operational planning activities and Board of Directors meetings and related business meetings and activities
- Deliver new business processes in support of enhancing the flow of information to support decision-making
- Support the delivery of weekly reporting, owning and driving both business and operational reporting as appropriate
- Create new reporting to support the activities within the function
- Maintain the Management Operating System (MOS) calendar sequencing forums with key business activities; establishing processes to support the logistics of Executive Leadership Team forums
- Deliver impactful presentations to present insights and introduce new processes
- Partner with senior business leaders to introduce new processes and forums in support of the Management Operating System.
- Successful execution will open up opportunities to lead special projects
Qualifications:
- 6+ Years’ experience in a Business or Business Operations role where you have led the successful completion of initiatives from vision to execution
- Solid understanding of Management Operating Systems (MOS)
- Experience with project planning and project delivery across various disciplines, stakeholders, and teams concurrently
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of the flow of information between strategic, operational, business, and financial planning
- Comfort and poise in managing and influencing VP+ level personnel, operating with a high level of discretion
- Ability to deliver high impact, concise presentations for executive leadership (PowerPoint & Google Slides)
- Educational background in Business, Finance, Economics or, similar field
