Big Fish Games is looking for a Senior Brand Marketer to lead and shape new games in the early stages of development and be the driver of Go to Market for new launches plus new content in existing titles. This role needs an authoritative marketing leader with a strong analytical and creative mindset and the ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally with marketing leadership.
Reporting into the Senior Brand Director, within the Growth organization, you’ll be responsible for owning the brand and marketing strategy across our casino titles and providing guidance to the heritage portfolio marketing team when required. The ideal candidate will have deep experience leading a marketing team and driving development of key strategic titles for the business that require operational excellence and prioritization.

Brand Strategy & Planning
- Ownership of brand strategy for current casino games and new titles in development; demonstrating knowledge and expertise in brand architecture, strategic positioning and brand storytelling.
- Work at a strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) while addressing potential business challenges, diving deep and digging up insights.
- Implement research and insights upstream to develop core behavioral segmentation and the best customer experiences.
- Facilitate competitive product analysis and teardown while maintaining a thorough understanding of the competitors landscape and market trends.
- Lead brand, product marketing and community teams to develop a single-cohesive go-to market strategy.
- Responsible for efforts cross-functionally, across the marketing matrix to deliver coordinated plans with clear propositions for new and existing titles.
Lifecycle Marketing
- Manage a team to develop and implement a holistic customer experience, mapping the customer lifecycle and focusing on key strategic opportunities across the pivotal stages of the customer journey.
- Implement tactical player communications initiatives, in order to improve customer journeys, increase engagement and monetization within our live titles.
- Responsible for community managers, defining the social media strategy for games and overseeing the structuring of social launch plans and ratings and review strategy to dovetail into the go-to-market strategy.
- Identify and pursue opportunities within the product roadmap for featuring, coordinating with Platform Relations to maintain a featuring roadmap and prepare featuring asks for partners.
- Work closely with media/performance leadership to ensure comms strategy is delivered through the funnel across all paid touchpoints.
- Knowledge of in-game marketing tools and systems such as Lean Plum, Salesforce, Braze or Adobe and managing marketing tools connected to product integration and continual management.
- Data driven individual - obsess over the performance of our marketing channels and share results with cross-functional and executive leadership.

- Confidently manage senior stakeholder meetings with strong presentation and communication skills and talk authoritatively about your speciality.
- Provide marketing insight and guidance to studio leadership and ensure marketing opportunities and interests are represented at all stages of game development, launch and live operations.
- Present marketing strategies and tactical plans to executive leadership on a regular basis.
Skill Set
- Experienced global brand marketing lead with lifecycle marketing skills.
- Excellent creative acumen, the ability to underpin creative decisions with insights and have global impact and appeal.
- Entrepreneurial with bright ideas around how to optimise player journeys and experiences.
- Organizational and project planning skills, running multiple projects, liaising with internal and external partners, whilst ensuring timely and in-budget deliverables.
- A great communicator, with good presenting skills and a strong ability to build relationships with key partners across different levels.
- Flexible and agile as campaign requirements and game development fluctuate depending on performance.
- Financial acumen for budget forecasting and management.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in the consumer facing product marketing function of a company, preferably in online entertainment products.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent in-role experience.
- Bring or willingness to develop an expertise of the social casino space.
- Senior Brand Marketing Lead with 5+ years mobile gaming experience.
