The role is responsible for supporting the design, launch, and driving of the “Aristocrat Full Potential” (AFP) program. This program is a key overarching global Gaming initiative that is a strategic multi-year, multi-functional growth initiative focused on retaining and exceeding current double digit growth rates across Global Gaming and will have tremendous impact across the organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director - AFP, the candidate will work closely to support the Senior Director to influence and collaborate across Gaming with Global, Regional, and Functional Leadership Teams to drive new revenue streams, unleash new capabilities and drive cost efficiencies / synergies to invest for the future growth of Gaming.What You'll Do
- Contribute to the design of the strategy & launch of the full potential program framework, as well as organizational policies around the Aristocrat Full Potential (AFP) program while partnering on all aspects of implementation
- Provide analysis to support key business units globally that are impacted by the AFP program to ensure strong business partnering to support the development of a thoughtful strategy, innovative ideation, and proactively mitigate any potential roadblocks
- Through partnership with executive management and external customers drive analysis of any variables to identify and evaluate fundamental issues prior to implementation
- Support the design and implementation of an “initiative hopper” and prioritization framework that will be adopted by major functional areas and impact our external customers
- Lead analysis of all plans, policies, procedures, and AFP implementation program to enable executive level management to reach an informed consensus underpinned by data, influence and thorough presentation of the investment and return associated with the AFP program
- Support the development of a comms program to drive understanding and adoption of the AFP process and strategy
- Drive the analysis that will underpin reviews with key leadership teams across gaming to ideate, scope and options for a multi year schedule of works
- Provide data and analytics to enable the business to align multi-year targets (renewed 2x/year), support initiative prioritization (together with Global/Regional LTs and SMEs) and facilitate resourcing decisions
- Effectively track and report results in timely and impactful manner. Ensure traction and identify corrective actions
- Indirectly influence initiative leaders to exceed targets. Must have ability to “roll-up sleeves” and contribute across all aspects of the value chain (D&D, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.)
- Promote culture of change, productivity and data-based decision making
- Partner with stakeholders to locate, source, and validate data required for analysis and tracking purposes
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to contribute to discussions with executives to support key decision making
- Excellent change management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, matrixed environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail/deadline orientated with effective organizational, analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to navigate a complex data environment to locate, extract, validate, and synthesize the necessary data needed to support key decision making
- Track record of process improvement initiatives
- High EQ
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, across multiple (including global) locations. Must have worked in large, multi-layered organizations
- High degree of problem solving, advanced analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Able to see the big picture as well as dive into the details when required
- Well organized and delivery focused
- Ability to build, maintain, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Effective communication skills
