What We Need:
We are looking for a Senior Live Services Manager to join the 2K Growth team. You will be maintaining the Live Service strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across multiple AAA franchises, including Civ, XCOM, Borderlands, and more. You will chart a course for post-launch live services in close partnership with studios and publishing teams in this role. Our goal is to ensure 2K games have engaging experiences long-term, positive player sentiment & community relevance, and see financial success.

What You Will Do:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with studios, Product Development (PD), Brand, Analytics, and Creative teams on player-centric live service vision, strategy, and plans to guide growth, lifecycle management, and player engagement, which will include:
- User segmentation & lifecycle strategy
- In-game Stores & Content (volume, nature, mix, release cadence, pricing, etc.)
- Limited Time Modes & Events
- Post-launch Progression Systems (Seasons, Objectives, Challenges, etc.)
- User Onboarding & Education Systems (both in- and out-of-game)
- Personalized/targeted content systems (messages, gifts, offers, etc.)
- Partnering with Data Science and Live Ops Analytics teams to develop predictive behavioral models and design/develop Live Service backend systems and tools (e.g., ML personalization)
- Leading cross-functional strategy discussions to align on shared goals and objectives
- Leading ad-hoc user-health & behavioral engagement analyses to articulate trends throughout studios and publishing, and align with stakeholders to identify, model, and execute optimization opportunities
- Lifecycle Management: Lead lifecycle strategy and partner with Marketing, Analytics and Creative services to execute best-in-class in- and out-of-game lifecycle campaigns and activities
- Market Intelligence & Insights: Provide strategic thought guidance on live services industry trends, as well as internal & external best practices for driving engagement, retention, and monetization
- Player Advocate: Understand and advocate for the player's perspective throughout the strategy and post-launch processes to ensure the development of fair and balanced monetization models that empower customer choice and value for time

- Experience with Tableau a plus (SQL double plus)
