Diablo Immortal has millions of players worldwide and a high-tech infrastructure that needs careful monitoring and support. With multiple patches in development at any given time, the team depends on our LiveOps group to coordinate Design, Art, Engineering, Sound, QA, CS, Community and Publishing to pull off our ambitious patch schedule. Responsibilities
- C reate and execute release runbook for various types of release: binary update, patches, and hotfix.
- Provide submission team the submission schedule in conjunction to release roadmap to ensure submission assets are ready.
- Triage and resolve submission blockers.
- Manage and track build pipelines across mobile and pc, as well as regional builds.
- Identify live incidences by partnering with multi-discipline teams such as CS, community and QA and design.
- Triage live incidence and drive resolution in timely manner to release fixes.
- Be the POC to instruct CS and community responses, execute compensation to players.
- Be part of escalation chain when on-call support triggers.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all regional operational issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a production role supporting a live mobile game with no less than 100,000 DAU.
- Soft skill to lead and communicate with multiple disciplines in a tight timeline is must have.
- Strong knowledge in mobile submission pipeline.
- Experience in working with overseas development teams.
- Knowledge of software development processes and project management foundations.
- Passion for games.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
