Senior Level Game Designer

Socialpoint is currently looking forward to welcoming an experienced Level Game Designer for our Live Games team that have surpassed 500M installs and 1B$ in revenue and there's much more room to keep growing!

What this mission will ask of you:

• Deliver high quality puzzle levels that create an experience suited for the Two Dots audience
• Find the balance between creativity and methodical balancing, rebalancing and testing
• Help set the standards for level creation, processes, tools, balancing and rebalancing new and existing levels
• Collaborate with the Level Design team to ensure that levels are consistent with the game's overall design and mechanics
• Work with Lead Designers to transform high-level goals into low-level specifications that provide the best user experience and value when designing new mechanics
• Cooperate with engineers, artists and UI/UX Designers to provide roadmaps for your features , follow through it and deliver awesome fun for players
• Propose improvements to our tools, processes and the project itself
• Create, evaluate and fine tune new and existing levels when necessary, supporting our content strategy

Along with your team, you will be free to innovate, take risks, try, fail, try again, learn & grow. You will have ownership over your own process & you will inspire & be surrounded by inspiring professionals.

To join our Guild you'll need:

• Extensive knowledge of the mobile puzzle gaming market and a background as a gamer (mobile, but also PC, console, tabletop, pen and paper). Passion is key for us!
• Proven record of a solid career & experience in Puzzle Level Design, ideally on a live Puzzle Game
• Understanding of free-to-play mechanics, monetization and best practices
• You have a solid understanding of Unity
• Great focus and organization, able to take problems one by one and solving them before moving to the next one
• Ability to abstract problems and think in terms of systems, functions and experience
• You have a solid understanding of Unity
