This role will be responsible for the review and evolution of our in-situ, Enterprise-Wide Senior Leadership Academy; Aristocrat Leadership Academy (ALA).What You'll Do
- Swiftly immerse yourself into our unique & complex organisation to gain an understanding of our makeup from Enterprise through to individual Business Units across Gaming, Real Money Gaming and Pixel United (PxU) including Product Madness, Big Fish Group & PSI
- Deep dive review into Aristocrat Leadership Academy including: A forensic look at the end to the end intervention from purpose through to each individual component
- Obtain, review & analyse quantitative data from ALA
- Obtain qualitative data, insights & overall experience of ALA from key stakeholders, to include P&C VPs/BPs, Participants
- Produce an informed view on overall success of ALA as currently stands
- In parallel to current state review, draw on your field of expertise to keep front of mind a world class ‘future state’ reserving judgement as to whether current state is close or requires substantial evolution
- Post thorough review, undertake & produce a gap analysis against current & future state
- Create & present a proposal to share with CPOs & Enterprise sponsor for this program
- Upon approval, move project into the next phase, including the detail of what the solution will look like (including time, recourse & financial investment)
- End to end Change Management plan, culminating in a strong & engaging launch of this intervention
- Set-up for future success – to complete, ensure as this piece of work comes to it’s natural end point, deliver clarity on how to maintain & evolve for success on-going (including time, recourse & financial investment)

- Ability to work at high pace & pivot
- Ability to work with autonomy & ‘light’ direction with reporting line post initial on-boarding
- Project Management (desired)
- Change Management (essential)
- Ability to work comfortably with data & utilise this is tell a compelling story
