Senior L&D Advisor(Leadership)

Job Summary

Be part of a company that celebrates creativity and innovation to provide positive and long-lasting gaming experience to the players, the Talent Development Manager champions our efforts to develop leaders and managers of today and tomorrow. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for the delivery and facilitation of a wide range of leadership learning and development programs to managers at all levels across the Ubisoft Shanghai studio. This role will work closely with Talent Partners and the studio management team.

Responsibilities

· Be responsible for the development and implementation of leadership development strategies, plan, and processes to support organizational and individual development goals.

· Partner with Talent Partner and business leaders to identify the needs, provide high-impact and tailor-made leadership development program.

· Act as strategic partner in leadership development and workshop facilitation across the organization.

· Create learning experience through innovative programs that inspire and enable the development of a leadership mindset.

· Design and implement new learning initiatives to effectively support growth conversation and on-the-job development.

· Strategically develop the relationships with external partners to evolve the learning solutions.

· Design and implement personalized leadership development plan in the development of high potential talent.

· Monitor and measure the success and total effectiveness of the learning programs.

· Interact with global learning team to ensure that global programs are carried out locally.

Qualifications

Requirements

· 8+ years of experience highlighting a combination of leadership development programs and workshop facilitation.

· A track record of learning program development from scratch that delivered business impacts for the organization.

· Strong instructional, facilitations and presentation skills.

· Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate constructively with partners across the organization.

· Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.

· Proven ability to master the full training cycle.

· A “How can we make this better?” mindset, strive for excellent, self-driven, continuously drive for improvement and new ways of doing things.
