Interested candidates must be willing to relocate.The Senior Inventory Control Manager will plan, oversee, and supervise all activities related to inventory control and the consumption of materials to produce a product. This position is responsible for ensuring control and accountability of the items in transit, storage, and while in use, as well as ensuring all parts and materials are properly stored. The Senior Inventory Control Manager will participate in external audit working to improve accuracy of the inventory of the center.This has been designated as a safety-sensitive job because it involves performing one or more tasks/duties that could reasonably affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task(s) or others.What you'll doManages and develops people with a people first focus and demonstrates the company values.Responsible for creating and upholding a culture of “Safety First” and promotes good work and warehouse practices to keep people safe.Collaborates cross-functionally with other leaders and is an active member of the local leadership team.Proactively develop and maintain inventory control processes and procedures .Identify and share best practices across the enterprise .Executes inventory control strategies, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations, closely monitoring inventory levels, and managing stock replenishment to prevent material shortages or excesses of materials.Sets warehouse framework that enables warehouse process rules to be followed including those related to inventory control.Manages the workforce planning to minimize cost and optimize output.Implement inventory management systems and tools to track and monitor inventory accuracy.Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock levels, variances, and trends for peers and senior management.Performs reconciliation of inventory discrepancy, recommending and suggesting changes for improvements.Manages a team of Cycle Counters and Slow and Obsolete Coordinator.Maintains slow and obsolete controls and approvals for site level.Ensure that people are accountable in meeting the daily goals of processing sales and transfer orders.Manages inventory levels for supplier Kanban items to ensure inventory turns are maximized.Optimizes tools, processes, and space layout to meet production demands. Optimize material flow for non-conforming material.What we're looking forRequired:Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory or Engineering5+ years in operations/supply chain/Inventory control experience3+ years in a leadership role and managing a teamExperience in setting up WMS systemsPreferred:Experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Create Your Profile — Game companies can contact you with their relevant job openings.
