Senior IT Service Specialist

The IT Support team takes care of Rovio’s entire IT infrastructure, external and internal connectivity, work devices including laptops, workstations and phones, operating systems, and third party tools. We enable people to work better by providing the right tools and support.
IT Support is part of the Game Technology Team which provides services for our mobile games including big data analytics, build and submission tools for games, cloud infrastructure for service and game servers, and our gaming cloud services platform, Beacon.
We are looking for a Senior IT Service Specialist to join our team. Currently we have a total of nine people at IT, including five in IT Support and three in IT Core. You will be working in the IT Core team, on a daily basis handling the central services such as configuring both Windows Servers & AD, administering Google Workspace settings and configuring identity and access management. Your role will also at times include implementing B2B integrations, as well as configuring and doing maintenance on Rovio web servers. Together, the IT team is making working at Rovio better for everyone!
You will find that you will be facing new interesting challenges every day, and there are plenty of growth-opportunities. Since we have several offices, you'll also be able to do some travelling as a part of your role.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and update our Windows Servers used with various services and configure our Active Directory
- Configure our Google Workspace settings
- Grant and remove accesses to our various systems using our identity and access management system
- Configure and maintain Rovio web servers and sites
- Integrate other business solutions to Rovio systems together with partners
Who we think will do great in this role has:
- Several years of work experience in Windows Servers and Active Directory management
- Experience in network administration (firewalls, VPN, switches, routers and access points), web server administration and identity and access management
We’d love if you have some of these:
- Google Workspace
- Jira, Confluence and/or other Atlassian products
- REST API
