The Senior IT Manager will lead a team of IT Support specialists and be responsible for the administration and maintenance of all PTW corporate servers, network infrastructure and desktop systems across the Asia – Pacific region. The candidate who fills this position will manage a local team of IT Support Specialist(s) and be responsible for supporting all aspects of PTW’s IT domains, servers, networks, desktops and operations at the locale as part of the PTWI corporate computing infrastructure. The candidate will work within the globally dispersed Global Technology & Information Security team and report to the VP of Global Technology.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working with technology in Contact Center and Software QA environments and have solid knowledge of Information Security practices and methodologies as they apply to ISO27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Responsibilities

· Implement, manage, test, and monitor corporate computing environment including but not limited to:

o Active Directory Service

o Network Routers, Switches, Security Appliances, and Wireless Access Points

o Contact Center Systems and Workforce Management Applications

o Office 365 setup and administration

o Manage AWS VPCs, VMWare and Hyper-V virtual environments

o Meraki Mobile Device Management (MDM)

o Two-Factor Authentication (RSA) and User Account Administration

o Data integrity and backup

o IDS/IPS systems, E-mail and Content filtering systems

o Windows/Apple/Linux Servers and Desktops

· Vulnerability and Penetration testing using tools such as Rapid 7 and Nipper Studios

· Knowledge of network routing and redundancy principles and practices in a multilayer network. At least 3 years’ experience with Cisco routers, switches, and ASAs required.

· Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco ASA and Fortinet firewalls.

· Management of the Office 365 environment including Office, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams.

· As a team with other IT staff members, provide 24x7 support coverage for all workstations and servers at the regional site locales. Participate in 24x7 on call rotation schedule.

· Ensure Information Security controls are implemented and adhered to. Assist other members of the IT Staff and Executive Management team with all Information Security reporting and audit initiatives.

· Produce regular reports for systems utilization and up-time.

· Contribute to the design, establishment, implementation, revision of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) as it relates to PTW’s InfoSec programs.

· Support the objectives of the Global Technology & Information Security department.

Requirements

· 3 years’ experience as hands-on manager of IT/Network Technology team

· Bilingual in Japanese and English.

· 3 years’ experience with Cisco devices, Windows servers, VMWare and network vulnerability and penetration tools. CCNA/MCSE certifications preferred

· 3-5 years’ experience in technical support/contact center environment with helpdesk responsibility, Office 365 and PowerShell scripting experience preferred.

· Experience with Windows and Linux servers

· Knowledge in TCP/IP Networking (Structured cabling, patching and Cisco configuration)

· Windows server administration experience including installation management of Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, PKI Infrastructure and Certificate Services, and IAS (Radius).

· Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and Sarbanes Oxley Information Security requirements and experience working through the compliance process.

· Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and organization skills required.

· Strong and effective team communication and problem-solving skills within a globally dispersed organization and able to work with minimal supervision.

· B.S. CS, EE or related technical degree. Equivalent experience will be considered.
