Senior HRIS Workday Analyst Lead - Core HCMSummary
As a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst Lead - Core HCM with a primary focus on the HCM module as well as analytics, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and maintaining HCM and reporting and analytics solutions within Workday and those relevant 3rd party reporting and analytics support systems that interface with Workday. The candidate must have a proven track record of implementing and administering Workday, with expert-level knowledge in HCM processing and reporting, and analytics. The role will require the candidate to partner with stakeholders across our P&C team, understand business needs, define requirements in support of the manager, P&C COE, and business partner experience, and architect, configure, support, and maintain solutions to achieve desired business objectives.What You'll Do
- Primary lead in the HCM module to include best practices for the system architecture from concept through requirements, design, build, test, deploy and maintain.
- Drive Workday reporting and analytics.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and reporting and analytics best practices and partner with stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday functionality.
- Identify business-critical Workday new features released (R1 & R2 releases) and demo to our stakeholders.
- Understand the full P&C technology landscape, especially how third-party point solutions are utilized and integrated within Workday.
- Develop partnerships with our P&C organization stakeholders and provide guidance on how to best leverage and utilize Workday for HCM and reporting.
- Optimize, standardize, and automate the Workday HCM and reporting process across a global environment.
- Assess current setup, configuration, systems, utilization, and identify and recommend improvements.
- Develop training to help end users with the adoption and usage of Workday.
- Recommend and configure enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of the Workday HCM and analytics module and provide an end-to-end solution and design details.
- Leverage your mastery-level knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics to lead the design, configuration, integration, data conversion, security, testing, reporting, postproduction support, and change management activities.
- Collaborate closely with other Workday SMEs to leverage knowledge, other solutions, and best practices to ensure a holistic best-practice approach.
- Review the Workday new product releases, identify features and functionality to adopt, and coordinate the planning and execution, and testing of those delivered features.
- Primary focus is Workday HCM and reporting and analytics , with a secondary focus to support other system needs.
- Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects as related to areas of expertise.
- Mentor and guide more junior colleagues for their roles in configuration and testing
- P rovide excellent customer service in response to P&C inquiries and resolve inquiries accurately and timely.
- Utilize a case tool for capturing all inquiries, requests, and customer information.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in Workday HCM and reporting and analytics as a senior analyst, or product lead delivering and configuring solutions and full life-cycle implementations of HCM and rep orting.
- Workday Pro certified with mastery level experience in Workday HCM and reporting preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of other Workday modules preferred (such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, escalation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- A passion for excellent customer service, adaptable & flexible.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Ability to comply with handling sensitive and confidential employee data.
- Works under general direction; must be able to work independently.

Pay Range
$99,995-$185,706
Pay Rate Type: Salary
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
