What you'll be doing
- Facilitate multiple HRIS product implementations simultaneously including Payroll modules
- Coordinate with Implementation Team via project management tools, ensuring tasks and touchpoints are documented
- Manage project progress internally to ensure deadlines are met by the Implementation Teams, adapt work as needed
- Ongoing maintenance of project management tools, documentation and resources to support Implementation Team, and other technology used
- Communicate roadblocks and coordinate solutions across other teams
- Communicate progress reports to Head of HR Ops and Total Rewards and Executive Team on a bi-weekly basis
- Lead bi-weekly high-level project review meeting with the Implementation team
- Help coordinate other teams needed for the successful execution of projects
- Meet with each Implementation team member regularly to review assigned projects in depth
- Issues are escalated in a thoughtful manner to prevent bigger problems down the line
- Be our contact for our vendor to facilitate completion of implementation to our SLA
- Ensure HRIS implementations are streamlined and organized
- Implementation tasks and touchpoints are documented
- Support Implementation Team through cutover period to new system
- Maintain and improve, test and iterate system as our HRIS lead
What you should have
- 8+ years of experience in conducting enterprise analysis, understanding business needs, and identifying initiatives to allow the business to achieve their long range plan
- Experience across multiple HCM Modules -- preferable Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning and Benefits Administration modules
- Experience implementing enterprise level SaaS solutions, HCM, HRIS systems including payroll module solutions
- Experience using project management tools
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills using creative techniques
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts to both a technical audience and to business-oriented leaders
- Advanced level skill in Lucidchart or other workflow diagram software programs
