Job Description
The Sr. HR Partner is responsible for all HR processes in the areas of recruitment, training and development, performance and career management, and is knowledgeable in payroll and the local labor legislation. She/he performs all the functions related to employee relations within the studio and collaborates across all levels of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and manages HR projects/processes from A to Z, including succession planning, organizational design, talent development design, performance management, workforce planning, recognition initiatives and others;
- Develops outstanding relationships with leaders and teams and provides ongoing support, coaching and counsel to them;
- Manages complex employee relations issues, proactively diagnoses problems and drives appropriate solutions;
- Supports all matters related to performance management, professional and career development for the respective job functions in his/her area of responsibility;
- Handles the full sourcing and recruitment cycle for the respective job functions;
- Is responsible for the overall development and implementation of the training and development plan of the studio, with focus on the job families she/he is responsible for;
- Participate in different studio and global projects and activities;
- Acts as a guardian of Ubisoft’s values and studio’s culture.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous experience as HR Partner in High-Tech industry;
- Significant expertise in all HR areas;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to adapt her/his communication style to different audiences;
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with both employees and management, and to professionally and confidently interact with all levels within the organization;
- Understands corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image of the organization;
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize;
- Open-minded and capable to work with diverse teams of different cultures and personalities;
- Team player, proactive, problem-solver and agile;
- Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality;
- Proficiency in English and MS Office package.
