Description

The Senior Manager, HR for Gram Games will be responsible for managing the HR function for this studio. Key to this role will be balancing studio-specific and regional nuances and needs with alignment to the company’s overarching global people strategies and programs. This role will lead the execution of people operations for this studio (which has locations in the UK and Turkey, and smaller pods in North America), including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development, and company's diversity and inclusion initiatives. This position has the benefit of being able to leverage and partner with the centers of expertise within Zynga and Take-Two’s corporate HR function to support the above work.

● Function as a hands-on partner to the business while implementing a scalable HR strategy that addresses needs of the studio

● Develop a deep understanding of the business and culture in both Gram studios in order to provide strategic advice and counsel to the leaders and their teams, and deliver solutions that make sense and meet local needs

● Advise leadership on policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions or courses of action as consistent with strategic or global direction

● Oversight of performance management, compensation practices, talent acquisition, employee relations/engagement, and benefits

● Partner closely with global HR teams (Learning & Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, etc.) as well as Operational teams (Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure people operations programs, processes, and systems leverage enterprise-wide practices and programs, and manage risk appropriately

● Lead annual performance, compensation and talent review processes

● Create and administer policies and procedures ensuring compliant and efficient workforce planning

● Act with the employee experience top of mind, continuously seeking feedback, addressing inefficiencies, and maintaining business relationships based on trust and respect

Requirements

● 8-10 years experience in Human Resources

● Minimum of 3 years in a management role leading one or more HR functions/teams

● Experience leading HR operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; gaming or tech industry experience an asset

● Employment law compliance knowledge

● Strong relationship management skills, ability to connect and support at all levels within the business and influence effectively

● Experience partnering effectively with global, distributed HR teams

● Analytical expertise; proficient with data-driven analysis as it relates to HR/People and understanding of the importance of data hygiene

● Exemplary communication ability in English, both verbal and written

● Experience with Workday would be an asset
