Your Mission
As Sr. HR Generalist you will be responsible for assisting in all functional areas of human resources and implementing best practices of HR policies/processes to support business strategies as well as planning, organizing, and executing activities associated with compensation, benefits and employee activities as well as dealing with HR administrative tasks. In addition, the Sr. HR Specialist will assist Sr. HR manager to implement HR COE transformation in SG & TW.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR CoE team, provide feedbacks of local information, deploy people program and initiatives and ensure flawless implementation, severe as a liaison between business team, HR CoE team
- Implement learning activities including but not limited to identifying and sourcing external training resources, vendor management, training needs analysis, curriculum design, program evaluation and training tracking to ensure that the provided training resources can well support the business development and people development
- Review all HR policies and processes periodically, recommend changes and help establish policies in alignment with business strategy, statutory regulation and compliance
- Assist to analyze business requests to identify and recommend business partner solutions to improve reward and recognition, retention, development and performance management
- Support HRBP and Leadership team to maintain a favorable reputation of the company by proactive communications, issues management and crisis mitigation
- Improve employees’ engagement through pulse survey, internal communications, and activities
- Other ad hoc assignments as required
Player Profile
- Bachelor degree in HR management, Psychology or business administration related field preferred
- 6+ years of experience in HR in multi-national company, HR generalist field is preferable
- Strong team player who builds collaborative relationships with HR CoE team
- Good knowledge of overall HR policies and processes as well as Taiwan labor law
- Skilled communicator with high resilience and positive attitudes when facing challenges
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in both Chinese and English
- Exposure to CoE process on Compensation & benefit, and/or HR Operations
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and achievement oriented
- High level of energy and proactivity
Pluses
- Experience working in gaming, technology, or entertainment industries and creative talent
- Knowledge of learning theories, or methodologies in training
