Senior HR Business Partner

Unity is growing fast! As a Senior HR Business Partner in our Copenhagen Office, you will be a trusted strategic partner to the business. We will expect you to drive strategy and align business objectives with employees and management, and to drive operational plans for the organizations you’re partnering with while working in partnership with key stakeholders across the business.
Reporting into the HR Director for EMEA, you will join a friendly, supportive team that delivers proactive solutions for a broad scope of business activities, from employee relations, Labour Law compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, driving employee career development and professional growth. You should understand what it means to support a rapidly growing global organization and be able to use your real-time problem-solving skills to thrive in an environment that is entrepreneurial and ambitious.
The HR Team operates in a supportive and collaborative way; however, you will need to have the confidence and ability to operate as the HR Lead in Copenhagen, while also supporting specific teams in other European locations and working with the wider HR Team to take on projects as needed.

Responsibilities
- Be a go-to person for the Copenhagen office, building trusting relationships with all Leaders and Employees
- Build and execute the HR strategy for the Teams you partner with and offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution
- Provide insights to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions
- Provide expertise and coach managers on appropriate people management best practices, i.e. organizational design, performance management, reward & recognition, and exit strategies
- Build and maintain employee morale and culture
- Develop a strong relationship with all relevant external partners such as the recruitment and finance teams to ensure all budgets and headcount are executed towards the plan
- Contribute to and deliver on global HR initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a strategic HR role working directly with senior level management with strong coaching, conflict resolution, relationship and team building skills, and a demonstrated ability to influence others
- Experience working in both strategic and operational HR so you can support our HR Operations Team to ensure our continued legal compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
