Job Summary

Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner works closely with all members of HR department to provide expert advice and counsel to managers and team members, and support them regarding a wide range of strategic and operational HR issues.

What you will do:

· Uses organizational diagnostics to proactively identify and react to critical HR challenges and opportunities in the responsible projects/departments. Partner with HR functions to craft, select and implement solutions and program that meet specific business needs.

· Accompany employees throughout their journey at Ubisoft from onboarding, assignments, career growth, recognition and retention to separation.

· Leads conversations with leaders and managers on strategic talent planning, sourcing and acquisition.

· Participates in the interview and selection process to ensure consistent quality of new hires.

· Partners with leaders and managers to determine and build capabilities, design and deliver tailor-made L&D program to accomplish organizational goals.

· Provides coaching and consultation regarding leadership, organization and performance management practices to continuously develop managers and enhance their engagement in people management.

· Champions HR initiatives, design and deliver programs that inspires, develops and drives engagement and collaboration like employee engagement survey, celebration and appreciation events, team-building activities.

· Promotes and advocate effective implementation of HR programs (talent, reward, communication, L&D…), ensures programs launched globally are adapted and carried out locally in the assigned area.

· Meets regularly with managers to update on HR initiatives, discuss HR issues and collect feedback.

Qualifications

What you should have:

· At least 8 years work experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role, previous experience in leadership development, organization design, training is a plus.

· Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, HR, communications, or related filed.

· Full understanding of all HR functions, along with the ability to influence HR strategy and policy.

· Current, in-depth knowledge of labor legislation and employee management.

· Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.

· Excellent ability to facilitate and relate to people across cultures and levels.

· Strong ability in project management and policy/procedure implementation.

· Self-driven, critical thinking ability with a strong attention to detail and can-do attitude.
