The Contract Senior Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic and tactical HR consultation to optimize talent management, engagement and cultural initiatives to achieve successful business outcomes. This position collaborates with client groups and provides guidance of people and organizational issues across a range of HR functions including employee relations, talent management, training and development and HR strategic initiatives. The Senior HRBP is critical in executing NC’s people programs, providing exceptional customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvements within client groups and across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Gain thorough comprehension of client groups, product and business to assess business and organizational performance. Influence and drive action through consultative approach and engagement.
- With the Director HRBP, develop and implement HR solutions that drive performance improvement and support short and long-term business objectives
- Oversee the execution of talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, change management and organizational design and development
- Champion transformational change across client groups and the organization to effectively prepare leaders to own and drive changes
- Partner with HR cross functional teams in developing and delivering innovative HR solutions in core areas of total rewards, talent management, and talent acquisition
- Provide thought leadership to increase diversity, equity and inclusion across client groups and champion DEI initiatives and programs
- Proactively anticipate challenges to the business and people by leveraging data and utilizing HR metrics in decision making and planning
- Advise leaders with coaching, guidance, and policy interpretation to ensure legal compliance with fair and consistent management decisions. Lead prompt resolution of employee issues and investigations
- Facilitate training for client groups aligned with people programs implementations
- Model company values, hold yourself and others accountable, and translate strategic objectives into actionable items that inspire others to behave and operate at their best.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Seven or more years’ experience as an HR generalist or business partner within a dynamic organization.
- Deep functional expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational design
- Consultative approach
- Solid communication and analytical skills
- Demonstrated knowledge with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
