Job Description
At Ubisoft Production HQ, you will be joining the Online Services team, in charge of prioritizing and driving the development of online solutions and tools that are used for our live games or exposed directly to players via Ubisoft Connect.
As a Senior HQ Producer, you will be responsible for guiding, supporting and challenging the development of the Ubisoft Connect team. Working with the Lead Producer and the core project team, you will ensure that the project is on time, on budget and of high quality.
Your main missions :
- You will participate in the definition of the stakes, anticipate the project risks and track the ROI of the actions undertaken by relying on relevant indicators and tools;
- You will organize and lead the project governance required to share information and make decisions between the Online Services management and the project team;
- You are responsible for providing status updates to the Online Services leadership team on the status of the various developments - status, risks, dependencies, mitigation plans & support needs or resources;
- You propose solutions and actions appropriate to the challenges and needs of the project, and support the Connect team in implementing the identified solutions by sourcing the necessary skills from Online Services or Ubisoft at large;
- You contribute to the maturity and efficiency of the team in terms of program management (roadmap, backlog, priorities, tracking, organization, staffing, estimates...);
- You initiate and facilitate the exchange of information between the production teams and the other departments of the Headquarters (project coordination functions, financial planning, etc.);
- You represent the ambition and priorities defined by the Online Services leadership team to the Producer and development teams;
- You will help make strategic decisions with your 360° vision, impact analysis and ability to put the player at the center of decisions.
Qualifications
- You have 8 to 10 years of experience in project management or production monitoring;
- You have an excellent knowledge of the industry, the social aspects of games, and the production cycles and constraints of large-scale projects;
- Acting as a true leader, you have excellent interpersonal skills. You know how to communicate with diplomacy, give direction to teams and convince;
- You base your analyses, reflections and decisions on data, and promote their use to your colleagues
- You are rigorous, organized, and know how to manage priorities;
- Your ability to analyze and synthesize will also be an asset in order to succeed in this position;
- Fluent English is mandatory for this position with an international context.
