Senior Graphics Developer

We are Accelerate Solutions Film, an innovative team building custom linear content and technology for a wide range of clients! Our professional services team works across multiple formats building linear content solutions that incorporate groundbreaking technologies like XR, RT3D, Pro Artistry, and VFX. We work on a diverse range of formats including Film, Television, VR, and other special formats. We also work on VFX pipelines and in the Virtual Production space.

We are looking for a Senior Graphics Developer to build innovative solutions for the creation of cinematic content in Unity. You will be among the first to work with cutting-edge industry technology and have the chance to work closely with the world's best content creators to push the boundaries of what is possible with Unity.

You will be jumping into projects with a selection of great clients and also work seamlessly across internal teams to deliver superb results. You will help lead the collaborative efforts of the project’s creative influence on AR/VR, VFX, and other linear content production, driving teams to massively over-deliver, every time.

What you’ll be doing

• Extend and improve the existing render pipeline core functionality
• Ideate and prototype original creative rendering solutions to technical problems on the bleeding edge of virtual production and VFX / film projects.
• Work with internal partners to design and develop new API's that can then be used by technical artists and creatives to accelerate Unity's graphics ecosystem.
• Maintain existing systems, improving performance, testability, and stability

What we’re looking for

• Confirmed programming skills in C++ and C# and shader languages like HLSL
• Extensive knowledge of real-time 3D graphics and modern graphics APIs.
• Understanding of modern engine systems and rendering architectures and experience working on real-world productions or large multi-platform engines
• Ability to collaborate with developers, customers, and leadership, both verbally and via documentation

You might also have

• Familiarity with the Unity render pipelines, including Shadergraph, VFX Graph and HDRP
• Previous experience with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures used in visual effects, animation, broadcast, and/or film production
• Background developing artist tooling or experience using and/or scripting for DCC tools like Maya, 3DS Max, Houdini, Blender, or equivalent
