Riot Games’ mission is to be the most Player-focused company in the world. As such, our Player Community team is essential in bridging the gap between internal teams and devs and our players through Communications, Social, Influencer, and Editorial work.

As a Global Community Manager on Wild Rift you will work with the Global Marketing Player Community and Brand Management teams to help launch the community and communications strategies for Wild Rift. You will help develop campaigns, support marketing efforts, and roll-out projects that support our brand, product and Marketing teams. You'll work alongside the team of Community Strategists that encompass all of Riot's IP and uphold best practices, including Player-First communication standards to manage thoughtful content across social and influencer strategies. Further, you’ll help
serve as the voice of players during development cycles to ensure that players’ needs and expectations are met. This role will report to the marketing lead on the global Wild Rift publishing team.

Responsibilities:

● Co-create with Brand, Creative, Editorial, Influencer, Social and PR teams to champion player-first ideas and build globally integrated campaigns and strategies
● Develop and execute the community and player communication strategy for Wild Rift players, related both to campaign and evergreen goals
● Work with Riot's International community teams provide feedback on localized content that resonates with global audiences and serve as a contact for global escalations
● Support and collaborate on player-facing opportunities, communication, and social media for Wild Rift development team
● Serve as a voice of players to product teams during both development and launch cycles to ensure players’ expectations are met

Required Qualifications:

● 6+ years' experience working in and managing online communities - including social media, digital marketing, and influencer strategies
● Experience with community best practices, including communication strategies, user acquisition, and driving users through the funnel
● Experience developing custom community activations on a global scale
● Deep familiarity with Wild Rift and Mobile games
● Business Fluency in English/Mandarin

Desired Qualifications:

● Familiarity with Riot Games' IP and audiences
● Experience developing strategies to localize campaigns for audiences around the globe
● Experience with large scale global mobile games publishing/community related works
