Welcome to the Production team

At GOALS the player experience is key, and we aim to provide the best multiplayer cross platform experience. We work in cross functional teams where each discipline takes part in shaping our vision; from design to release to ensure high quality of our game.

Quality is everyone’s responsibility but we also need domain expertise to set the bar high. As a Senior Game QA at GOALS, you will play an important part in the team to support maintaining the quality in our football game across multiple platforms. This includes a broad set of techniques from testing of user stories to analysis and exploratory testing.

At GOALS, you will...

• Be part of the feature development from design to release.
• Reviewing feature requirements and identifying potential gaps and risks.
• Coaching and guiding the game developers in their testing approaches to foster a culture of excellence in QA practices.
• Collaborate with our Community Managers to provide our community with clear updates and also investigate feedback from our player community.

Ideally you have...

• 5 years experience of game testing on console and PC.
• Experience in multiple testing techniques.
• Analytical mindset and are able to analyze complex systems, identify potential issues, and understand the root causes of defects.
• Experience from working close to software engineers in cross functional teams.

About the Employment

The position is permanent and you can work from our Stockholm office, hybrid or fully remote from anywhere in Europe. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English.
