Senior Game Production Coordinator - League of Legends, Game Content Ops

Production Coordinators at Riot work with passionate cross-functional teams in crafting creative content and incredible experiences for players around the world. By encouraging teams to collaborate, you’ll drive development, smashing through obstacles and driving projects into players’ hands. You’ll exceed expectations by helping concept, deliver, improve, and influence creative projects at every stage of production.

As a Senior Game Production Coordinator on Game Content Ops, you'll help get new content into League of Legends, both implementing planned work and helping teams organize future work. That will include things like missions for in-game events and addition of new content to the in-client Store, along with other core features of League of Legends that millions of players interact with every da y.

Responsibilities

• Implement new loot and missions in League of Legends, and add content to its Store system based on specifications provided
• Help organize League of Legends content that will be translated into other languages
• Track bugs identified by QA, investigate problems, and resolve them within our tools
• Help a range of teams organize and coordinate their upcoming content, including providing visibility to other teams dependent upon your work
• Track the state of content once it goes out to players, ensuring it’s behaving as intended
• Help improve our processes for implementation of Missions, Store, and Loot content

Required Qualifications

• A minimum 2 years of administrative or production experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with technical tools (can include Excel / Google Sheets)
• Experience with data entry and tracking

Desired Qualifications

• Experience managing the needs of external customers and internal partners
• Experience working alongside engineers or other technical disciplines
• Experience with asset management systems
• Experience with basic Photoshop functions

(Los Angeles only) Base hourly range between $31.25 USD - $43.75 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
