The person we’re looking for:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Producer to join our dynamic AAA game studio and provide essential support to our production team on a high-profile project.
Responsibilities:
- Task Coordination: Assist in coordinating daily tasks and setting weekly goals, ensuring teams deliver the most value for each sprint, milestone and release.
- Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Google Suite.
- Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication between team members using platforms like Slack, Discord, and Zoom for a smooth workflow.
- Process Improvement: Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency.
- Agile Participation: Work within the Agile framework to support the team's adaptability and responsiveness to project changes.
A Typical Day May Include:
- Attend and potentially facilitate a cross-discipline Strike Team stand-up.
- Facilitate Planning, Review or Retro events with a cross-discipline Strike Team.
- Communicate with Studio Leadership or members of other Projects, Strike Teams and Departments about deliveries, dependencies, team structure, schedules, risks or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with the rest of Production on process changes for your Project, Strike Team or the Studio.
- Assist team members with JIRA and Confluence. Finding, organizing, prioritizing, updating, creating new User Stories and Documentation.
- Coaching members of the studio on our production processes.
- Help organize and participate in a studio-wide or project-wide play test.
- Talk to teammates to build stronger relationships and teams.
- Discuss game ideas, improvements or issues with other game developers (Engineers, Designers, QA, Artists, etc)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in game production or related field.
- Experience on a AAA title is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Level 1 PSM or CSM certification a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean and Evidence-Based Management is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow, often by asking questions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Discord, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Familiarity or fluency in Korean Language a plus
