Senior Game Producer

- Provide product leadership and scope oversight for games developed on PC and major console platforms
- Foster a collaborative and successful working partnership with client partners; work with and provide guidance to globally dispersed production teams
- Work with studio management and business development to help meet expectations for studio P&Ls, project pitches, and future staffing requirements
- Maintain close communication with client partners to ensure they meet contractual requirements, and deliver the highest quality product on schedule and on budget
- Work closely with Sperasoft Project Managers to help create project work plans, resource plans, and project scope
- Lead a teams of creative personnel, including producers, artists, engineers, and designers
- Make gameplay and feature decisions for major game franchises
- Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives, new features, major design overhauls, and hold brainstorming/playtest sessions
- Take the lead to write proposals for major features, new game modes, and other large design initiatives
- Set and regularly refine product scope
- Stay on top of industry trends for gameplay, features, economies, and platforms
- Analyze metrics and player feedback; adjust design or/or balance the game as necessary
- Participate in the recruitment and mentoring of studio staff
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years in game development, three (3) years in a Producer role
- At least three (3) shipped titles on PC or major console platform
- Full-cycle involvement from pre-production to release and live game support
- Must own a deep understanding of the games industry, players, and understand how to conduct research when needed
- Must be familiar with project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, and supporting software such as Jira, Hansoft, Confluence
- Fluent business-level English (both verbal and written)
- Senior-level communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to motivate a team
- Expert knowledge of MS Office applications
- BA/BS or equivalent
- Must be a gamer! Must possess knowledge of the latest games, gameplay paradigms, and customer expectations
