Senior Game Producer

IllFonic is looking for a Senior Producer to join our team to help drive feature development across our various IPs. As part of the production team you will be responsible for managing the JIRA database, weekly triages, feature schedules & roadmap planning, facilitating communication, and removing roadblocks. About the Company
Founded in 2007, IllFonic is an independent video game development and publishing company with studios in Lakewood, Colorado and Tacoma, Washington. Our staff is composed of video game, music, and technology veterans redefining how games are made and marketed. Current and post titles / collaborations include Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, Arcadegeddon, Predator: Hunting Grounds, Friday the 13th: The Game, Dead Alliance, Star Citizen, Evolve, Armored Warfare, and Nexuiz.
Responsibilities
- Work with leads as well as the entire Production team to plan and execute based on priorities set by Senior Management
- Facilitate communication across teams / disciplines with the ability to identify and remove roadblocks
- Create and manage feature schedules that can then inform the larger project roadmaps
- Ownership of assigned portion(s) of the company roadmap
- Ability to mentor junior team members as well as keep the team motivated and focused
- Communicate risks and mitigation plans to prevent problems before they arise
- Work with the production team and Sr. Management to help determine resources needed to complete work, identifying and communicating issues in the development process
- Advocate for product quality and playtesting during development
Requirements
- 4+ Years in a Production Role and/or 2+ titles launched
- Experience with some form of Project Management and Roadmapping Software (ex. Smartsheets, MS Project, JIRA Plans), Unreal Engine and UGS preferred, Source Control Experience (ex. Git, P4), Office Suite (MS Office or Google)
- Experience with workflow management tools: ex. JIRA, Hansoft, DevTrack
- Proficiency with various departments processes and understanding of how various cross departmental groups get work done. ex. Character Pipelines, Map Pipelines, etc.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with strong people skills
- Fast learner, resourceful and computer / tech savvy
- Analytical thinker that can identify and break down complex problems to communicate them up.
