GSN Games is looking for a Sr. Game Producer to join our fabulous team in the UK!
About the GSN SuperCasual Studio:
It’s an exciting time in our SuperCasual Studio! We’re currently hard at work creating a brand new casual mobile game and we’re looking for a Senior Producer to help us realise our vision!

What You’ll Do:
You will focus on the production and operation of an unannounced mobile game, including producing new features, content and player experiences. You’ll be an experienced Scrum Master, a skilled communicator, an effective leader, and have produced several mobile games with multiple lanes or team pods. Our team works on various initiatives for the project and is ready to be split into different lanes. We are ready to level up our production processes and need a Senior Producer to facilitate and evangelise this change. You will be a critical part of optimising our use of project tracking and management tools and creating processes that allow us to manage shared resources effectively, predict team velocity and mitigate bottlenecks. You will:
- Create a culture of positivity, collaboration and cooperation within the studio
- Work with the Sr. Production Manager to establish and communicate a challenging but realistic project schedule
- Facilitate effective team meetings: stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Work with the product owners and the project teams to develop and manage Product Backlogs
- Liaise between the stakeholders and the project team to ensure user stories/acceptance criteria is clearly defined and understood
- Uncover and remove team impediments that prevent our teams from achieving their shared goal
- Manage product scope and control scope creep during the development sprints
- Work with the project team to provide estimates
- Track, measure and focus team on continuous improvement of sprint velocity, team capacity and team utilisation
- Identify, manage and mitigate project and team risks
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and offer constructive suggestions for change
- Coach and train team members on Scrum tools and practices in an Agile game development environment
- Evaluate and amend processes based on the team’s needs
About You:
You’ll be a people-focused, organised and enthusiastic collaborator who never tires of improving processes and facilitating success! You’ll be energetic, well-organised and collaborative in your approach to Production. You’ll have:
- 5+ years mobile game experience as a producer utilizing Scrum / Agile methodologies
- A hands-on team player with a collaborative work style
- PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master
- Effective in motivating multiple teams and guiding them through impediments and/or conflict
- Excellent business presentation and facilitation skills, including Agile retrospectives
- You enjoy teaching and would be excited to show a team the power of effective production management tools, processes and collaboration
- You are adaptive and believe processes should evolve and change to fit the needs of the team
- You are motivated by large projects and facilitating change across a large team
- You believe in the importance of communication and use your role as producer to facilitate communication across the team rather than replace it
