Live Ops Game Developer (M/F)

As a Live Ops Game Developer, you will enhance and enrich our games, by implementing new features, improving game mechanics…to get them closer to casual titles.

Challenges

• Your main goal is to help a good game become a hit game, transform gold into platinum!
• Make the most of your ability to deconstruct and analyse mobile games mechanics ;
• Contribute new ideas to game features ;
• Write robust code bringing fun to millions of users ;
• Work with product managers, developers and artists to oversee the implementation of new core gameplay and meta-gameplay features.

Must Have

• You are interested in casual games
• You have a creative and hacker mindset
• At least 3 years of professional experience on Unity or other game engines / senior level
• You have good sense of gameplay experience, and special attention to details
• You are familiar with optimisation challenges
• You speak and write French and English.
• Team spirit

Nice to Have

• Track record with successful mobile games
• Professional game development experience
• Some basic knowledge in AB testing
• Good knowledge of casual games.

Competitive salary + Free shares + Performance Bonus + Company Profit Sharing + 50% Transportation costs

Contract : permanent contract, one remote day per week
