SENIOR GAME DESIGNER

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong work ethic, passion for the MMORPG genre and 'can do' attitude.
• At least five years of game design experience, with experience in the MMORPG genre.
• High level of intelligence and ability to grasp and solve complex problems especially related to game balancing.
• A love of playing and knowledge of a variety of MMORPG games.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work as part of a team to design and implement game content and systems for mobile 3D MMORPG games.
• Work on game balancing including player skills, pvp and class balance, enemy strength and behaviours, items stats and in game economy.
• Gain a full understanding of the game by playing on a live server, leveling up to and maintaining a character at maximum level.
• Display the highest level of motivation, enthusiasm and work ethic to exceed expectations.
• Keep up to date with the game's community and gain a thorough understanding of the players needs.
• Create and maintain clear, concise well thought out documentation with a big picture perspective.
• Learn and understand the lore of the game being worked on.
• Share knowledge and motivate other team members with passion, enthusiasm and drive.
• Lead by example with a 'first in last out' mentality, and ability to push though obstacles and challenges.
• Solve problems and come up with solutions in situations where others are struggling.
• Carry out any other duties consistent with the post as may be required.
