Requirements

If you like what you see and have a proven track record in multiple senior game design roles - and have worked on at least one relevant critically acclaimed AAA title from start to finish - we would love to hear from you.

Square Enix External Studios are the publishing development team responsible for titles as diverse as ‘Just Cause’ and ‘Life is Strange’. We are interested in candidates with both experience and a passion for co-operative shooters and RPGs to work on what comes next for our most exciting new franchise.

You will be part of a dedicated and specialized team within one of the world’s most respected publishers of video games.

You will be working closely with our external partner development studios to ensure the game meets our ambitions and is loved by our customers.

You will help define and craft the franchise future through your insight and expertise.
