As a Senior Full Stack Engineer of a growing team, you will take ownership of projects and have the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team. We are seeking a motivated engineer to join the team responsible for AppLovin's core products which reach 410+ million users daily. We are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the features and functionality that powers App Discovery, Max, and Compass Analytics.
Our technical stack includes React, Redux, Typescript, SQL, and PHP. The team enjoys a fast-paced environment where individuals are empowered to make decisions, solve problems, and collaborate across various projects. The team is highly technical and unbureaucratic. You will have opportunities to channel your creativity and have a direct impact on the company's bottom line.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- 2+ years of experience with React.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts in at least one of the following languages: PHP, Python and/or Java.
- An interest in working with Typescript, Redux, PHP, MySQL.
- In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of web architecture, security, building scalable web applications.
- Have a sound knowledge of web debugging tools (Firebug or Chrome Developer Console).
- Experience mentoring a junior member on the team.
