Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will help develop, implement, and maintain a suite of custom tools used within our global manufacturing environments. This role will work closely with our test engineering team to ensure complete integration and transparency across the test platforms and suppliers for both forward and reverse logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement world class systems that support manufacturing operations
• Develop big data gathering, storage, access, and reporting processes that provide real time insights and information to our customer base
• Architect and implement applications and drive the engineering effort to produce deliverables
• Write elegant, maintainable, reusable code, leveraging test driven principles to develop high quality applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and other technical issues
• Design and architect database solutions while applying best practices in design methodology. Specifically related to data table structures, forms, reports, and queries.
• Identify inefficiencies in current databases and SQL code and implement more robust and optimized solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues. Plan and coordinate data migrations between systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to databases.
• Core developer of stored procedures, views, functions for hosted web applications and BI Dashboards.
• Ensure all database systems meet business and performance requirements.
• Work through all stages of a data solution lifecycle; analyze/profile data, create conceptual, logical and physical data model designs, design and develop ETL, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Act as a mentor and subject matter expert within the company and developer community

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient full stack developer with 10 years of relevant web and database development experience.
• Experienced with Angular 12.x+ / TypeScript
• HTML5 / CSS, Javascript Expert
• ChartJs Library
• Proven ability working with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in REST web service development
• Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
• Positive attitude that enjoys a huge challenge and works well in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Expert level C#/.NET Framework in a production environment
• Experienced with shipping code to a live production environment.
• Experience with high-volume world-class design and manufacturing techniques for consumer electronic products is an asset
• Cloud experience with AWS or GCP is an asset
• Source control experience with Git is an asset

Education:

• BS degree in Computer Science or EE/ME or equivalent field
